How do I place an order online?
Simply click on the item that you would like to order, then choose the color / sizevia the drop down choices. Then click on ADD TO CART and continue shopping.This will not obligate you to buy the item, but places it in your Cart for further review.When you're ready to complete your order, click on the SHOPPING CART to confirm thatyou have all the items you want in the color / size you need. After you've made anychanges and updated the quantities, click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT this will take youto an order form where you will provide shipping and payment information.Finally click on SUBMIT ORDER and your order will be placed. Our Order processing dept.will receive and process the order by 12:00 Noon, PST. 

What information do you need from me to place an order?
In order to complete your order, we need you to provide the NAME as it appears on thecredit card you will be using, the BILLING ADDRESS where you receive the credit cardstatements, PHONE NUMBER, E-MAIL ADDRESS and CREDIT CARD INFO.You may request to have your items shipped to a different address,if you are purchasing the item for another person; we will also need their information.We ask that phone numbers are provided in the event questions or issues arise with your order,and to ensure accurate delivery. Rest assured your informationwill not be rented or sold to third parties.

How do I apply my special discount / promotional code?
If you have a special discount / promotional offer from us, simply enter the promotional codein the PROMO CODE box provided. The discount will be applied and reflected at the timeof check out if not sooner. If you are having a problem applying it, please add a note in thecomment box and we will be sure to take care of it for you at processing time.

Not sure if my Online order went through, how can I be sure?
You will know for sure that your order has been placed when you receive a confirmation e-mail.If after you click SUBMIT ORDER you do not receive a confirmation e-mail,call our customer service at 1-877-5LaMonir (1-877-552-6664) Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST for assistance.

Can I order gift cards?
Absolutely. A LaMonir gift card lets your recipient select the gift of their heart's desire.Gift cards can be purchased online and will be mailed to your recipient within two daysof your order. Please note that LaMonir Gift cards are redeemable only at LaMonir Collectionand LaMonir.com.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items usually ship within 2-4 days from the time the order is approved.Items that are out-of-stock will be cancelled and a cancellation notice will be sentvia email (if email address is on file) or mail. 

Can I ship an order outside the United States? 
At the present time we are only shipping within the continental United States.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Most deliveries are made within 5-7 days with regular shipping once the package leavesour facility. Please refer to the shipping chart below for a complete listing of the deliverytimes available. Fully Insured - Destinations within the USA only

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Orders can only be canceled by a LaMonir customer service representative.You must call LaMonir customer service at 1-877-5LaMonir to see if the order can be canceled.Please be aware that customer service is available Monday through Friday,between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST. The best time to cancel your order iswithin 30 minutes of placing it on the website.The longer you wait, the less chance you will have to STOP the order before it goes throughour system to the shipping department. The order will be shipped and you will then haveto return the merchandise. 
Note: Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

Can I phone in an order?

Do you offer ring re-sizing / engraving? At this time, we do not offer ring-sizing or engraving services.You are more than welcome to use your own qualified jeweler.Note: Items that have been re-sized or engraved cannot be returned.

For your convenience we take the following: Credit Cards: We gladly accept all major credit cardsVisa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.Debit Cards: We accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo only. ATM cards are NOT ACCEPTED.

What is the difference between a Credit card and a Debit card?
Debit cards are similar to credit cards. However a Debit card debits the funds directlyfrom your bank checking account upon approval of the funds. Credit cards will allocate the funds and charge upon shipping of your items. The main difference for most, is that some banks usually institute a daily charge limit ondebit cards. Causing some orders to be declined if the order total is greater than the dailycharge limit. If this happens to you, you may wish to contact your bank and request aone-time waiver to the daily charge limit.

How safe is it to use my credit card with your company?

When does my credit card get charged?
We do not charge your credit card, until the items are shipped. If an item ison back order, that item is cancelled and you will not be charged for it.We will follow up via e-mail (if email address is on file) confirming that yourorder has been shipped with, total charge and tracking information if applicable.

Will I be charged sales tax?
By law, orders will have sales tax applied if shipped to an addressin the state of California only.

How are the items packaged? 
We pack each item inside of an elegant jewelry box. Then that jewelry box is carefully packaged for shipping with full insurance coverage. All items must be fully insured for the safety of your purchase while in transport. Insurance fee is already included in the shipping fee.

Do you require signature on all orders? 
No, however to insure the safe delivery of your package to the proper recipient, a signature is required on all shipments over $200. Regardless of any waivers you may have, the package will not be delivered if you or someone cannot be available at the delivery address to receive the package. 

Can you ship my order to a different address, if I’m not going to be home? 
Credit /debit card order: 
Should you choose to pay by credit /debit card, we will be glad to ship your package to your work or an alternate address different from your billing address. We may contact you to verify your approval of a shipping address that is different than the billing address. Please be sure to have your shipping address on file with your credit card co., or be prepared to sign a ship-to release form.

Can my order be delivered on Saturday? 
Yes. Saturday delivery is available to most locations in the USA for an additional fee of $24 for all Saturday delivery via UPS. Please call our customer service specialist at 1-800-XLaMonir if need further assistance.

What if my order gets lost or damaged? 
All shipments are fully insured. We urge you to inspect your package for signs of damage or tampering before signing for the delivery. If you notice any signs that indicates the package was tampered with or damaged, please refuse the package and contact our customer service immediately at 1-800-XLaMonir, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Return Policy 

What is LaMonir Refund Policy? 
At LaMonir we offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with your product. If any item does not meet or exceed your expectations, simply return it to us (insured, as we are not responsible for the return item until it is received in our facility) for a full refund, exchange or credit within 30 days of shipment. Refunds and credits will be issued in the actual paid amount of the merchandise. (Shipping, handling fees are not refundable). 
Note: Returns received past 60 days, displaying signs of wear or alterations such as sizing and engraving or damaged merchandise will be returned to sender.

What is your exchange policy?
You may return your item as an exchange for another item within 30-days of shipment. If new item is more than the return item, you will be billed to the credit card on file for the difference. If exchange item is less, a refund will be issued to the credit card on file for the difference. Keep in mind that there will be a new shipping fee for the shipment of the exchange item. (Shipping, handling fees are not refundable). Please contact our customer service at 1-800-XLaMonir if you need further assistance. What do I need to do, to return an item?
-Call our customer service representative at 1-800-XlaMonir for a LM Return Authorization number.

-Write the LM Return Authorization number on the return form provided on the back of your packing slip.

-Package your return item with all packing materials, appraisal and diamond certificate if any

-For your own peace of mind and security, please return your item with an insured carrier (such as FedEx, UPS, US
Parcel Post) and ask for a receipt for your records. 
Note: LaMonir is not responsible for any items returned if lost or damaged. Until the return is received and processed in our facility, we cannot refund or credit your account

How long will it take to get my refund?
Once the package has been received and accepted, a refund will be issued to your account within 7-10 days. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment received. Money order – a company check will be mailed to you.
