Returns & Exchange Policy


We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept (one time only) your timely return "In as received condition" (unworn, unwashed, unused) items, or defective merchandise for a refund of the original purchase price within 30 days of shipment date (a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply). Returns displaying signs of wear, alteration such as sizing or engraving (by a jeweler other than LaMonir), or damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return. Please note that all returns are handled on an individual basis.

Returned merchandise should include an RA # the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned including defective items. Merchandise returned after 30 days might be subject to a reduced (up to 50%) refund if not in its original vendor packaging, in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time period. A re-stocking fee (up to 25%) will apply to all returns including large and/or heavy items. All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued (no Refunds).

Any LaMonir merchandise ($299.99 and less) purchased online or from any LaMonir catalog may be returned for exchange, credit or refund (restocking fee will apply) within 30 days of shipment date with an RA #.

Exceptions
Dresses over $300: These are high quality and special order in the size and color you chose therefore cannot be returned. Used merchandise, opened fragrance or cosmetics cannot be returned including defective items. * Poorly packaged, returns without RA # or uninsured items will not be accepted for return.

On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another LaMonir purchase, or receive a refund. On the outside of the box note the RA # (Return Authorization) LaMonir is not responsible for lost or damaged items, we urge you to insure all returns. Enclose your packing slip with the item, ship, prepaid and insured, to:

Please note that Sale and Online Clearance merchandise are non-refundable, exchange or credit only and must be received in our facility within 30 days of purchase.
When a gift is returned, a LaMonir merchandise credit gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The merchandise credit gift card can be used for purchases from LaMonir, catalog and online only.
