LaMonir Customization Policy
LaMonir is delighted to engrave and or re-size the product
(certain styles only) you have selected. You will be prompted
for size or message on eligible items for engraving or resizing.
You must allow up to 2 weeks for engraving and resizing. If you
have any questions, call us TOLL FREE at 1-877-5LaMonir. We will
be happy to assist you.
I.D Bracelets
The engraving for I.D bracelets is $10 for up to10 characters
(spaces, commas and periods count as characters). For example:
the letters May are counted as 3 and the initials A B C are
counted as 5 characters, 3 letters and 2 spaces.
Engraving is available in two styles, SCRIPT and BLOCK. Please
note: due to the physical space available on some products,
there may be a limit to the number of characters that can be
engraved. If the number of characters you request exceeds the
space available, a LaMonir customer service agent will contact
you and work with you to adjust the number of characters. If the
item selected has a larger space and you choose to engrave more
than 10 characters, please call us TOLL FREE at 1-877-5LaMonir
to talk about the possibility.
NOTE: The symbols (such as ~ & ( ) ' @ #) are not available
for engraving: Text only.
Ring Sizing
The resizing fee is a flat $10 for all (bigger or smaller)
sizes. If you are not sure about your ring size, we recommend
that you order the ring in the available size without resizing
it, and then have your own jeweler resize it for you.
Return Policy- LaMonir will NOT accept a return or
exchange on any item that has been engraved or resized no
exceptions. If you are not sure about your ring size or are
uncertain about the item you are purchasing, you may order the
item without engraving or resizing and then have your own
jeweler engrave or resize the item.
